Put the leaves in boiling water and let them simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Keep infused for another 10 minutes and remove. You can consume cold or hot tea; you can add honey or lemon, according to taste. This tea should be consumed daily for the treatment of various diseases. Preventive consumption of this tea is recommended. It is best to harvest the leaves in the spring. Keep them in a closed container and protect them from the sun’s rays.
